Can I refund my program if I don't like it?

of our plans or an online PDF, there is no way of us
knowing whether you photocopied or replicated the file
which we have sent you. If we gave refunds, our hard
work could easily be abused and taken advantage of. You

How will you show me proper technique?
We will instruct you on your specific exercises via high
quality images and directions created by our qualified
instructors, diagrams produced by professional exercise
physiologists that you can carry with you to the gym or
any other area, and via descriptive written instruction
made easy for you to understand. Of course you also gain
the access to our trainers via email who are ready to
answer any and all of your questions at a moment's

"NEED" someone looking over your shoulder for an hour at

What is a fitness routine?
A fitness routine is a sequence of exercises used within
the context of a workout and riddled with various
techniques depending on your development. It is not as
simple as merely selecting 5-6 random exercises for a
body part and merely performing them. Anyone who has
done this knows that their results show its futility.
Based on your responses and information, a series of
exercises will be produced as well as how to perform
them, what time is best to perform them, why you are
performing them, and what techniques are necessary to
associate with them (rest-pause, eccentric/negative,
HFT, etc.). If you are not familiar with the techniques,
worry not, that is why you are hiring us and we will
explain everything to you in detail. All of this forms a

Why do you need a specific exercise program?
There are several reasons really. Your body may not be
suited for the exercises you're putting them through,
you're likely not performing them correctly or
activating the appropriate muscles during execution of
the machine's instructions, you might be missing a
valuable part of your body that requires training, you
may gravitate towards the easier and safer exercises for
fear of injuring yourself performing movements that
would be far more useful to your overall development,
and most importantly; machines aren't meant to be played
around with! Let us provide you with the proper
guidelines as well as continuous online support to
ensure that you reach your goals with zero injury and

I'm intimidated by my gym's weight
training section
So was everyone else at some point. Of course we are
sensitive to the fact that you may not feel particularly
comfortable surrounded by a dozen massive musclebound
men who, in your mind, are watching you lifting your
puny little weights in shame. The reality is that they
didn't get to look they way they do by not weight
training nor did they get that way by watching beginners
like you! If you are a female, we recommend joining a
woman's only club to ease you into the process of
resistance training, but it may also make sense to you
that if you do not know what to do with the weights or
how to do it properly, that may be the very reason you

I'm a woman and I don't want to get "bulky"
This is a common misnomer. A woman CANNOT get bulky unless
she is using anabolic/androgenic steroids, eating insane
amounts of foods, or is simply a genetically "bulky"
woman in which case weights or no weights; you will
remain "bulky"! The truth of the matter is that weight
training efficiently coupled with a proper diet will
eliminate all signs of "Bulkiness". Don't think of
weight training as producing copious amounts of muscle;
think of it as burning obscene amounts of calories.
Also, if you feel you are getting too muscular, you
simply cut back on the weight training ever so slightly.

appropriate recommendations. We promise a more muscular
body will not happen overnight and scare you in the

Certainly. We will critique your current fitness routine
free of charge anytime you like. We ask only that you
submit 1 routine and 1 routine only and bear in mind
that we will not edit it in any way shape or form, we

Can't I just buy a fitness book?
You can do anything you like! It probably won't help you
though. Exercise physiology textbooks and the like are
designed as a teaching aid for a student of the field
and are therefore of little or no use to you. "Exercise
for Dummies" and other such texts might be more up your
alley, but even those step by step books aren't custom
designed for anyone. They are meant mostly to illustrate
some facts about exercise and fitness without really
catering to what YOU are supposed to do as an individual

Wrong. Are you more likely to listen to us, or to a
friend/family member? Conversely, are they more likely
to want to spend the amount of time on you that we would
when they're doing it for free? We all like to believe

they will in many instances, but the reality is that
time is money and you're always going to get a better

What are your meal plans like?
We provide you with an hourly breakdown on when to eat the
foods we recommend, as well as how much of each food you
need to consume. We tailor the plan around your favorite
foods and do our very best to avoid your least
favorites. Supplements can be used to replace vegetables
for example, if you are allergic to them or simply
refuse to eat them. We take care of every possible
scenario and provide you with so much detail that you
really don't need to think at all. Every single calorie
is counted for you so that you don't have to. All we
require on your end is the discipline to follow through.
